FST Since 1914

FST's Annual Stockholders Meeting, attended by over 100 of the firm's stockholders, was held on March 10, 2010 at the Cafe Escadrille in Burlington, MA.

Meeting highlights included the President's Report presented by Dean Groves, P.E., and the Treasurer's Annual Report, presented by Treasurer Christopher C. Yannoni, P.E. Stockholders also elected nine Directors for 2010-Robert Bertolino, P.E., Leonard Dzengelewski, P.E., Emile Hamwey, P.E., Dean Groves, P.E., Peter Howe, P.E., Thomas Jenkins, P.E., William Reed, P.E., Michael Roache, P.E., and Christopher Yannoni, P.E. Following this meeting, at the firm's Annual Directors Meeting, Dean Groves was re-elected as President, Christopher Yannoni as Treasurer, and Leonard Dzengelewski as Secretary.
